[Case Study] Robot Deburring System

Deburring work with a spindle motor! Discharged onto a through conveyor with a secondary deburring device (in-house manufactured).

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the "Robot Deburring System" at Company F in Aichi Prefecture. The system removes burrs from the curved long holes of automotive parts called hubs using a spindle motor and a floating system attached to the hand, along with a carbide rotary burr. Due to the strict requirements for teaching along the shape and C-surface instructions, the difficulty level of the teaching work is quite high.
